Founder and architect
Alpha Lucky
Chukwunwike Okechukwu.
Infrastructure and enterprise architect. Founder of AlphaIT Engineering, LisBon Platforms and LisBonFARM. He builds the systems that other organisations run their decisions on.
The work
Infrastructure for
decisions that are questioned.
Most software is built to be used. Alpha Lucky Chukwunwike Okechukwu builds software to be examined. His systems are designed for the moment after a decision is made, when a regulator, a lender, a board or a member of the public asks why it was made that way and what happened next.
That requirement shapes the architecture. Every platform he has founded preserves four things as separate, inspectable records: the evidence, the rule that applied, the authority under which action was taken, and what changed afterwards. It is a harder way to build. It is the only way the result survives scrutiny.
He works as the architect of each system rather than only its owner, across identity and verification, financial trust and credit decisioning, platform assurance, experience and accountability, route operations and practical capability.

How he works
Refuse the easier option.
Three rules govern the engineering across every platform. Never weaken one part of a system to make another part pass. Never take the easier option when the harder one is correct. Never let a finding be owned by nobody.
They sound like principles. In practice they are build decisions: a duplicate participant is refused rather than quietly accepted, a check that cannot pass is fixed at its cause rather than switched off, and a system that returns nothing is proven to still serve the person entitled to see something.
It is why the systems can be sold to buyers who will be cross-examined about a number.
